New Venture Wealth had something powerful behind the business: real people making a complicated financial service feel surprisingly human. We shaped the website around that strength, bringing their founders, customer relationships and straightforward approach forward to build trust before asking visitors to take the next step.
When people are trusting you with their future, looking professional isn’t enough.
Self-managed super can feel complicated before the conversation even begins. New Venture Wealth already approached it differently, their strength was in making things understandable, being available when customers needed them and building genuine relationships around a service that depends heavily on trust. Their current customer reviews reinforce exactly those qualities.
So we didn’t want to hide the people behind polished financial-services design. The founders became part of the experience, while their service, expertise, customer results and five-star reputation were brought forward as reasons to feel confident about taking that first step.
Trust gets easier when people can see who they’re trusting.
The design retained the existing brand vision while giving its strongest qualities more room to speak. Instead of trying to make SMSFs look exciting, we made New Venture Wealth feel clear, credible and human—much closer to what customers actually experience when dealing with the business.
We made the business easier to trust, and easier to choose.
New Venture Wealth already had the things businesses spend years trying to build: strong customer relationships, five-star experiences, specialist knowledge and a genuinely personal way of working. The opportunity wasn’t to reinvent any of that. It was to make those strengths much harder to miss.
We reorganised the experience around what gives someone confidence to act, who they would be dealing with, why they could trust them, what made the service different and what existing customers had already experienced.
When people understand why they can trust you, choosing you becomes easier.
That shift produced a significant change in how the website contributed to the business. Based on the lead figures recorded before and after the redesign, the monthly website lead rate increased by approximately 1,100% in the first two months.
And that’s what this project represents for us. A redesign shouldn’t just give a good business a better-looking website. It should make more of the value already inside that business visible, understandable and easier for customers to choose.
