eCollect has built a strong debt recovery business across Australia and New Zealand, backed by experience, results and a broad range of services. We worked with the team to bring more of that strength into the digital experience, creating clearer journeys for different audiences while connecting their services, people, industries and wider business network through one consistent direction.
Two very different audiences. One experience that needed to work for both.
eCollect serves two very different audiences. Businesses come to manage debt recovery, while individuals may arrive to understand or pay an outstanding debt. We shaped the navigation around those different intentions, creating clearer paths into the client and debtor portals and adding context to help people recognise the right option for them.
When people know where they fit, the next step becomes much easier.
That same thinking carried through eCollect’s broader service offering. Services were organised into clearer groups, including specialist services delivered through businesses within the wider group, helping visitors understand what’s available and where each service sits.
Bringing more of eCollect’s scale and story into the experience.
eCollect’s strength goes well beyond its services. Its customer base, collection results, industry experience, team, testimonials and reach across Australia and New Zealand all contribute to the trust behind the brand. We brought those elements together more deliberately, using proof points, industry-relevant testimonials and the company’s wider footprint to give visitors a stronger sense of the business behind the service.
The direction also extended across eCollect Australia, eCollect New Zealand and eReceivables, bringing the three digital experiences closer together through a consistent brand and design approach while allowing each business to communicate its own role clearly
